Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Driffield is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (No. 9012511) offering weight loss consultations and prescription medication services to patients in Driffield and surrounding areas of the UK. You must not use our services if you have previously been refused weight loss medication by a healthcare professional without disclosing this to us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.
All weight loss medications dispensed through our pharmacy require a valid prescription. Before a prescription is issued, you must complete an online medical questionnaire honestly and in full. Our pharmacist or prescriber will review your responses and may request further information or decline to issue a prescription.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following assessment. Prescribing decisions are made solely on clinical grounds. It is your responsibility to keep your medical information up to date and to notify us of any changes to your health or medications.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the medication and duration specified. Prescriptions cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies unless we are legally required to do so.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for any prescription that is declined by our pharmacist. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made to the UK address provided at checkout via a tracked courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us directly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of medication for safety and regulatory reasons.
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 working days. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue promptly.
